An Israeli tea company based in Tel Aviv. It is the leading tea distributor in Israel. It was founded in Moscow, Russia, in 1849 by Kalonimus Wolf (Kalman-Volf, Vulf Yankelevich) Wissotzky: it extended abroad from 1904. In 1936, Shimon Ziedler, a member of the Wissotzky family, opened a plant in Tel Aviv (then governed by the British Mandate for Palestine). Eventually the company headquarters moved to Tel Aviv. Today, the company is still run by the Wissotzky family.
