Tea from which the caffeine has been removed.

This can be done by using various chemical means of dissolving the caffeine from the leaves. Alternatively discarding the first cup of tea after a short brew leaves subsequent brews with much lower caffeine content.

Tea has much lower caffeine content than coffee, while herbal teas have none at all.
